@Bookstop1337 Clean and jerk, you use your legs to help you push it up. The clean and press should be no bending of knees to push upward, it’s a straight press. Power clean is exploding upward, not letting your legs go under 90 degrees, typically pushing enough to get off the ground a little
@fverv the heavyweights have more fat because they dont need to be under a certain weight. if you have to be under 100kg for example, why would you want alot of your 100kg to be relatively useless fat, compared to muscle. but the shw’s dont have to be under a weight, so they dont need to worry about having more fat taking up the weight they’re allowed

these lifters sure are really strong, but it’s a lot about dynamics & technique.
